Returns & Exchanges (For Issues Post-Delivery)
If you are not completely satisfied with the freshness or quality of your delivered floral product upon arrival, we offer a replacement of similar value or a store credit, provided the following conditions and timeframes are met. Please note that cash refunds are generally not issued for returns based on satisfaction or guarantee claims after delivery.
1. Standard Return Policy (Most Floral Items)
Eligible Products: Applies to most of our floral arrangements, bunches, and individual stems, unless listed in the exception below.
Return Window: You must notify us of any quality or freshness concerns and initiate the return process within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please call us at (936) 703-0813 within the 72-hour window to report the issue and arrange the return of the original item.
Be prepared to provide your proof of purchase (original receipt).
You will be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (sent via email or text message, as directed by our team) so we can initially assess the situation. The physical return is also required as per below.

All returns must be made in-person to our registered business address: 2257 N Loop 336 W Suite 140 PMB 1031, Conroe, TX 77304.
Conditions for Return:
The original item must be returned to the address above.
Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required.
Flowers/plants must have been adequately watered (if applicable) since delivery.
The item’s condition should reflect the reported issue.
Return Cost: There is no fee associated with eligible returns under this policy.
Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the issue and adherence to the policy, we will provide a suitable replacement or issue store credit.
2. Exception: Delicate Flower Return Policy
Eligible Products: This exception applies specifically to delicate flowers known for a shorter vase life, including Hydrangeas, Tulips, Irises, Lilies, and any arrangement where these flowers are the primary component.
Return Window: Due to their delicate nature, you must notify us of any quality or freshness concerns and initiate the return process for these specific items within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations (Before Delivery or Preparation)
Eligibility: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been prepared or has left our shop for delivery.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that are already en route or have been delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded. Custom or special orders may have different cancellation limitations; please inquire when ordering.
How to Cancel: To request an order cancellation, please call us immediately at (936) 703-0813 during our business hours. Do not rely on email for urgent cancellations.
Refunds
Eligibility: Full refunds to the original payment method are processed only for orders that are successfully cancelled according to the “Order Cancellations” section above. As stated previously, returns related to satisfaction or guarantee claims after delivery are eligible for replacement or store credit, not cash refunds.
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved (for eligible cancellations), please allow 5 to 10 business days for the reimbursement to reflect on your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
