Elizabeth was great.  She  worked with me over the phone and texted pictures showing the flowers in my price range. She made a beautiful funeral spray.

A beautiful flower arrangement arrived for my sister in-law after her mother passed. I was very pleased. The driver left the flowers in an inappropriate location but I emailed them alerting them to the issue and received a quick response from the company. It was clearly not what they desired either, no harm done as their system immediately sends delivery notifications for tracking. Overall I have to say it was a positive experience. These folks were AMAZING. The funeral arrangement was gorgeous and consistent with how it was depicted online. I placed the order over the weekend and when I called the day before delivery to confirm, they confirmed that the flowers would arrive on time and then snapped a picture of the actual arrangement and texted it to me! Recently Paradise Flowers created the casket spray for our mother's funeral.
How lovely it was...vibrant colors, perfectly fresh, and with some of the largest, most perfect red roses I have seen. We all took a few stems home with us afterwards.

I called to order a standing spray and didn’t give the shop a very long lead time. They were extremely gracious, worked with me and created a beautiful spray exactly like I envisioned. She sent me pictures to choose a style from and sent a picture of the finished product upon delivery. They were very helpful, professional and delivered a beautiful product! I ordered an arrangement online in the early evening for a following day delivery.  To my surprise, the order was delivered first thing the following morning!  The turnaround time was exceptionally fast, the floral arrangement was gorgeous, and the efficiency and ease of the whole process is the type of business I like utilizing. Ordered flowers for a birthday well in advance and paid online. They never delivered the flowers and we had to reach out. When we spoke to an employee, they were completely unapologetic and very rude about the situation. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but a dismissive attitude is completely unnecessary.

They said that they had the wrong day marked down. Offered us free delivery ($15) as compensation, and begrudgingly delivered the flowers. This is actually the first negative experience we’ve ever had with a local florist. Very surprised.
