Paradise Flowers did an excellent job with the Get Well Soon flowers I sent to my friend. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, with fresh flowers and gorgeous, vibrant colors. My friend wasn't home when they attempted delivery, so they contacted me right away. They kindly offered to bring the flowers back to their shop, keep them fresh for two days until my friend returned, and then redeliver them at no extra charge. I was extremely impressed by their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond. I was disappointed that our credit card required "3 D authentication".  None of us had ever heard of that. I needed to get another card and put it on my own debit card instead of our church's. Also, she got the name of the recipient's family wrong on the card even after I spelled it for her. I assume it was right after I called her to correct it, but never received a second card showing the name spelled correctly The flowers looked pretty, from the picture she sent me. We ordered the enchanting blossom handbag bouquet and asked the florist to add some different colors to create a more summer looking bouquet. The outcome was absolutely beautiful!
