I have used Paradise Flowers twice now and will continue to do so in the future. The first time was a beautiful floral design sent to a sick friend. Each flower used was fresh, colorful, and meticulously placed, Elizabeth takes great pride in her craft and livelihood. The second time was a gorgeous Spathiphyllum (Peace Lily) sent to the funeral of a friend’s family member. It was another beautiful creation and my friend loved the gesture as it’s a memento to keep for a while.

Ordered flowers for a birthday well in advance and paid online. They never delivered the flowers and we had to reach out. When we spoke to an employee, they were completely unapologetic and very rude about the situation. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but a dismissive attitude is completely unnecessary. They said that they had the wrong day marked down. Offered us free delivery ($15) as compensation, and begrudgingly delivered the flowers. This is actually the first negative experience we’ve ever had with a local florist. Very surprised.
