The service and the beauty of the arrangement from Paradise Florists are exceptional! I called from Alabama to place an order for my sister's 70th Birthday the day before. I asked for the flowers to be delivered the next day. When I told her husband they would arrive the next day, he said they would not be home and to send them ASAP. I called Paradise about 1 pm and asked if they could deliver before 5. They were very understanding and after verifying everything I needed, including amending my message on the card, promised to deliver before 5. They sent me an ETA, the name of the driver, and a picture of the driver. He arrived about 4:35 and no one was home. He called me, concerned that the flowers would not do well on the porch in the heat. I called my sister and they were nearby. She got home and loves her flowers, balloon, and chocolate! I am so happy with the way Paradise Flowers goes the extra mile for their customers. My sister has been fighting cancer for 5 years. I ordered the Bamboo Cross Standing Spray for a fairly large funeral.  The shop was so helpful and knowledgeable.  The viewing was on Sunday and the funeral on Monday.  Even though they are closed on Sunday, they delivered the flowers on Sunday anyway.  I would highly recommend this florist! The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were fresh, elegant, and carefully arranged with wonderful attention to detail. It was clear that a lot of care and professionalism went into creating something truly special. The delivery was also excellent—on time, handled with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was kind, helpful, and very attentive throughout the process. I was away on my husband's birthday this week, and needed to send him something amazing to celebrate his very special day. What better than this absolutely beeeeeeeeeautiful Birthday Cake flower arrangement from Paradise Flowers? I called around 9.05am that morning to place the order and the flowers were delivered by 4.09pm. We were both totally blown away by the delicate design and freshness of the flowers. Thanks so very much 2 Elizabeth  & Paradise Flowers 4 helping me with a Gorgeous flower arrangement for my cousin's family. I called from Illinois & 2 me it's hard from afar 2 do this & wonder what U're getting! Elizabeth was so nice & even sent me a pic of what they made up & it was Beautiful! My cousin's husband sent me a Pic after it was delivered & said it was Mary Ann's favorite colors. U guys are the Best as I didn't even have his phone #, only hers. It's so nice them texting when it was delivered, also. Such a great peace of mind!!! I feel they do such Awesome work going above & beyond & especially me calling this late, too!
