Paradise Flowers did an exceptional job with a last-minute funeral arrangement for us. We initially requested a peace lily, and they went above and beyond by offering to add patriotic flowers in honor of our loved one, who was a veteran. It was a beautiful and thoughtful touch that truly made a difference. The arrangement was perfect, and their kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated during such a difficult time. The most incompetent florist Ive ever delt with! Horrible service, complete lack of care for customer service,  no sympathy for their mistakes and incompetence! Ordered flowers for my last living grandmother for her birthday. After going over the order 3 times to make sure it was right and ordering first thing in the morning so it would be delivered same day. Flowered weren't delivered until after 5pm, they were left on the porch with no even knock at the door. After I specifically said to knock loud and wait because she is 91 and in poor health. I know they didnt even knock because I was on the phone with her at the time they said they were delivered. After calling I was told they were delivered and to pretty much just deal with it. Had to call a relative to go get them off the porch. Order was completely wrong!  Not the 3 different colors I asked for, none of her favorite white flowers that was supposed to be doubled in the order. Arrangement was pretty much just the yellow sunflowers that I specifically said (NO SUNFLOWERS) 4 different times.

My order was taken quickly and professionally. I was called back because Paradise Flowers asked about a concern they had with the delivery, which showed they cared and went the extra mile on the flower order. The spray I ordered for a funeral was absolutely beautiful. It smelled so nice and was perfect. Great communication and nice people to deal with. They sent a picture of what was delivered. Went above and beyond, thank you!
