I placed an online order for the Get Well – Designers choice (Deluxe) bouquet for next day delivery. Flowers arrived in a timely manner. The recipient loved them and said they were very pretty. The website was easy to navigate and the form was easy to fill out. I had trouble submitting the order because I kept getting an error message that my payment wasn't accepted. I called their store and the person that assisted me was very helpful in sorting out the issue. Overall, I had a good experience with Paradise Flowers and would definitely order from them again.

I called to order a plant for a friend who was retiring as I wanted the plant to live on past the few days that flowers thrive. The young woman with whom I placed my order offered to add some flowers to the plant so that it would bring some color and cheer to the plant which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the service, and I also appreciated that they sent me a picture of the delivery once it was made. Thank you Paradise Flowers.

I was disappointed that our credit card required "3 D authentication". None of us had ever heard of that. I needed to get another card and put it on my own debit card instead of our church's. Also, she got the name of the recipient's family wrong on the card even after I spelled it for her. I assume it was right after I called her to correct it, but never received a second card showing the name spelled correctly The flowers looked pretty, from the picture she sent me. But the whole experience was not positive.
