Refund and Order Cancellation
If you find yourself not entirely pleased with your gift purchase, we’re more than ready to offer a replacement or store credit to match your expectations.
Here’s all we ask of you
- Return the item.
- Ensure any flowers or plants are adequately watered.
- Show us the purchase receipt.
- Let us know what went wrong within the specified guarantee periods.
Guarantee Timeframes
- Our prime floral arrangements, bunches, and individual stems are covered by a guarantee for at least 72 hours post-purchase or delivery.
- Certain delicate flowers like hydrangeas, tulips, irises, or lilies, including any arrangements made with these flowers at your request, come with a 24-hour guarantee.
Order Cancellation
You’re free to cancel your order any time before it’s delivered. Should your order be on its way or already delivered, we’re unable to halt the process.
To cancel, just give us a ring at (936) 703-0813 whenever needed. We’ll do everything we can to meet your needs, provided it aligns with our cancellation guidelines.
In terms of refunds, anticipate the original payment method being reimbursed within five to ten days upon us receiving the returned item.
